The major facility operated by the Parks and Recreation Department is the Jim Kook Recreation Complex; known as the “Rec Plex” and is situated at the SE corner of Town. The Rec Plex is a modern, multi-purpose arena with an attached four sheet curling rink facility which is a great option for young families looking for a less expensive youth/teen sport in the growing community.
Calgary Marlborough Community Centre is a great place to gather for all kinds of events and activities. We have multiple rooms available for rent, so you can find the perfect space for your needs.
The site facilities are available to be rented out for private events, recreational classes, meetings, clubs, fitness classes, and more. The hall capacity is 120, with a seated capacity of 90. You can decorate the rental space, or for a little extra we can take care of it for you!
