Full house for Picking Up the Pieces 2nd concert, a Gordon Lightfoot tribute. Great music and some wonderful 12 string work. Thoroughly enjoyed the group. The venue at Old Church is second to none, very up close and personal with the artists with good acoustics. A bit warm when it’s warm outside, but still worth it.
Attended Acoustic Mornings at the Old Church Theatre and I really enjoyed it.
We went to see the Dewdney Players perform MacBeth here. It was awesome! The theatre is intimate and the action takes place both on stage and within the audience. It was like being in the middle of the story. The acting was superb. They are doing Plaza Suite in October and we are definitely planning on going.
Small and seats about 100 comfortably. Gets quite warm with a room full of people. Nice intimate place to see a local band.
Ok place, stylish👍 they added cushions on the wood benches still very uncomfortable, no tables so we cant put our drinks somewhere would be nice, but the smell like mold couldn’t be defeated, was looking forward to leave the building after the show.
