The Main Hall (grade level) is approximately 56ft (18 metres) long, and 38 ft (12metres) wide. The floor is fairly new (2019) vinyl planking. There is a Unisex and disabled equipped washroom off the SW corner of the hall. There are two further (male & female) downstairs washrooms, accessible by the staircase in the NW corner.
There are a number of folding tables, & chairs, for use which are included in rental charges:
5 x 8-seater tables
6 x 6-seater tables
8 x 4-seater tables
66 ordinary seats (with fixed arms)
32 folding chairs

The Main hall can take approximately 150 people theatre style (whole building fire regulation capacity 190). For dining, from experience, a maximum of 86 is recommended for comfortable circulation. With larger numbers at tables it can feel crowded and circulation / movement is increasingly limited.
The smaller Downstairs lounge is carpeted, and approximately 56 ft (18 metres) long, and 16 ft ( 5 metres) wide.
There are a range of tables and about 20 folding chairs downstairs – more can be taken from the Main Hall, if needed, but must be returned there by the renters at the
end of the rental period.
