Description The capacity of the Cobble Hill Hall is 250 for meetings and approximately 200 if there are dining tables set up. A stage for theatrical presentations is at the front of the space and we recently installed a new Public Announcement System, specifically designed for the room. A large covered porch exists at the front entrance and a wheelchair-accessible ramp is located at the side of the building. Men’s, women’s and wheelchair-accessible washrooms form part of the interior space. Rentals include the use of tables and chairs.
The front office area can be used as a bar at a celebratory event or for a registration or information desk at a public function.
We are very proud of our commercial kitchen. It has a huge side-by-side stainless fridge, convection oven, and commercial range with 2 ovens, 6 burners, and a griddle surface. The kitchen is equipped with a large, stainless steel work surface in the centre of the room. Renters need to supply their own cooking equipment, dishes, utensils and cleaning supplies.
A 1,100 sq. ft. dining hall that can be used to seat a smaller group or to set up the buffet table for your hungry guests is located between the kitchen and the main hall.
Lots of parking exists at the side and front of the building and parking is permitted on the street around the property.
