The Pender Harbour Community Hall in Madeira Park is available to rent for events, meetings, and other activities. ​Our hall has a capacity to hold up to 200 persons maximum. It is a large hall 40′ x 60′ with a performance stage at the end of the room. It also has a separate room complete with bar and refrigerator and small freezer for ice storage. Two washrooms each with a wheelchair stall. A full commercial kitchen with two fridges (one single door and one double door) and one dish sanitizer plus dishes and cutlery for approximately 150+.
