Amazing hotel for hockey teams! We stayed here during our U13 playoffs and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They let our team use a boardroom by the pool for free both nights and were very team-friendly, even allowing the kids to play mini sticks as long as they were respectful. Breakfast was amazing in the morning and included. The room cleanliness wasn’t perfect, but for the price and the fun our families had outside the rink, this place is a 5-star stay for teams. 🏒

I was so appreciative of this hotel. The staff were so kind. The lady in the am, I should have got her name, even came to help me out when I couldn’t get my hood open and my ground was loose on the car.
The breakfast was incredible and the service in the breakfast room so good. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much for the great experience!!

Restaurant was excellent service and good food. However the room was not great as bathroom ceiling was stained and outlet in bathroom not working.

Also their Website is deceiving as it claims to offer a room for $84 but charges $115. Staff was unable to explain why even though proof was shown.

I hate leaving bad reviews and I always try to give the establishment a chance to reconcile. However this was just a bad experience. The hotel room was dirty. Pee on the bathroom floor is gross! I asked about to have my bathroom cleaned, however there was no housekeeping staff able at 3pm. I was provided with cleaning chemicals to take care of it myself, which I did. I liked the location, and the breakfast buffet was ok. But a guest probably shouldn’t have to clean their own bathroom. I wanted to address it again at checkout, but the front desk attendant was clearly rushing through to get everyone out. Dissatisfied with my stay and I would not recommend someone to stay here.

This hotel was very underwhelming and the photos from google do not match what this hotel is. With my kids we chose to check out after 30 minutes because the hot tub was broken, the pool was not heated and the room was very outdated and dirty. The team at the front desk were helpful and apologetic for the condition of the hotel. You could tell that this is something they must deal with daily.
