It’s a Community Hall for Community events that has a beautiful pond out back. Hosts many birthday events, wedding events and in years past, fund raising music events. Is home to the Senior Citizens Club down stairs. Is not open to the public for wondering around, the hall has to be rented. Has lots of area for seating, has full kitchen facilities including fridge and stove, dishes, washroom facility. Also has ample parking and beautiful views throughout Baie Verte, not to be confused with Baie Verte, Newfoundland.
