My Go-To for our major events. The best venue in town. Accomodates large numbers, they offer great food options and the overall feel and ambiance is luxurious. Steven and his team are great, friendly and very cooperative. Morino is fantastic and get things right and on time, this weekend I organized an event of 350 people and the food was easily the best I had in ANY event. Served on time.

Oh and there is plenty of parking space for your guests which is definitely a plus.

Blu Legacy is absolutely phenomenal, especially Steven and Mauricio, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They truly go above and beyond.

They have great attention to detail, are well organized, proactive, and were completely invested in making our event a success. When we ran into unexpected challenges, including parking issues caused by our guests, delays with setup extending well beyond expected timing, and a higher than anticipated attendee count onsite, they helped out immediately. They even worked directly with bylaw to help manage the situation smoothly and without attendees being ticketed!

If you are looking for a group that is reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to delivering an outstanding experience, Blu Legacy is a venue I highly recommend.

Blu Legacy Convention Centre has a fantastic location and an impressive setup. The atmosphere is lively, and I really appreciate that they bring in well‑known Lebanese singers; it’s a wonderful touch for residents who miss that nostalgic connection to home. It truly adds something special to the Ottawa community.

That said, I do want to flag one area that could use improvement regarding one recent event. With such a large crowd, I understand the pressure on the kitchen, but the food, especially the chicken and rice, fell short. Portions toward the end of the evening seemed untouched not only at our table but at many around us, which suggests it wasn’t just a personal preference issue.

I believe Blu Legacy’s management has a strong reputation and a famous name to uphold, and addressing the food quality would really elevate the overall experience. The potential is absolutely there, and with a bit more attention to this detail, the venue could easily match the excellence of its entertainment and ambiance.

I’ve attended events at this venue several times as a guest and always loved the service and the food. I recently did my wedding at this venue and it is a beautiful venue with amazing service. Steven and Elie were fantastic to work with, they were very helpful and attentive. The food was spectacular, but more so the Chef was very friendly. Everything about this venue is great, from the staff, to the management, to the hall itself, I couldnt have been more happy to have done my wedding at Blu Legacy.
