Excellent place, could be use or might be requested for next town hall meeting!

We recently held our sons memorial service here and it couldn’t have been a more perfect space. Caroline was amazing to work with, extremely accommodating and so helpful. We will not hesitate to use this space again for any future gatherings big or small. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, they have AV equipment and a beautiful green space as well. We were also so blown away at the value of the space – it had everything we needed in it to host our event and it was a fraction of the quote we’d gotten from the funeral home. Thank you so much Bowness Ratepayers – you have no idea what it meant to us to be able to say goodbye to our son in a space that felt warm and loving and healing.

Talked with (at first) a very sweet and nice guy very enthusiastic and open to adjust the offer to our needs. Even called me “love” on messages .. was offering me to come see them the same day and day after .. When we tried to re contact them to visit the facility to rent for ou wedding … we got GHOSTED. I tried calls, text messages, email .. no answer. My husband tried to call again , and they just hanged up on him when he said who he was lol …… what a customer service … you know, it’s more professional to say sorry not available anymore than just ignore people that are trying to organize something and are short on time. Pretty disappointing experience. Auburn Bay community is welcoming us 😉

This is a gorgeous little community hall. We booked them for a June wedding and it was perfect! We loved the space and the event we were able to host there!

Had few community gatherings and parties there, very nice place and josh is the best, already booked all our year events
