I rented Box Grove Community Centre for a bridal shower I was hosting . The booking process was easy and we were the only event happening at the venue for the day. The venue was clean and airy with lots of natural light from the windows and doors. There is an accessible entrance with a “wave to open sensor” for the main door and washroom. We had access to the kitchen with fridge, tables and chairs and the venue for the duration we booked. I would recommend this venue for anyone hosting a shower or birthday party.

A nice medium size hall that easy to clean after the party. Clean washroom too!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Boxgrove Community Center in Markham, ON, and I must say it is a wonderful place for community gatherings and a variety of activities. The recent renovations have significantly improved the facility. The washrooms have been renovated and now provide a clean and comfortable experience. The updated floors give the center a fresh and modern look. Additionally, the installation of a central AC system ensures a comfortable environment for all visitors, especially during hot summer months. I was also pleased to see that the parking lot has been updated with additional spaces, making it much more convenient for visitors to find parking. These updates truly enhance the overall experience at the Boxgrove Community Center.

Nice quaint Historic Hall. Attended a birthday celebration. The only issue for me was the damp smell. This is normal given that it is an Historical building.

Can comfortably hold 100 people I believe

This community center has recently undergone some renovations. It is very affordable to rent out they just redid their parking lot and now has ample parking they also built a beautiful playground for children at the rear. The bathrooms are a little old and outdated and could use some work but other than that I would definitely reccomend holding events here.
