There was some initial mixup with our booking as they transitioned to online booking, but Keagan was excellent in getting that sorted out for us and ensuring our original booking was honoured! The only negative we experienced outside of that is that our event was booked in December and no where does it say online or when booking that during December and January the hall is completely decked out in Christmas decor!

While this may not be an issue for most, it was for us due to religious beliefs and the fact that the decor would have completely clashed and taken away from our themed event. I was basically told too bad and sorry we didn’t tell you but this was only one week before the event when I thankfully went to do a walk through ahead of time. Again Keagan was willing to be reasonable by allowing us to take down the decor ourselves as long as we put it back. However, this resulted in a lot of extra work before and after the event. This should be clearly noted on the website when booking and/or there should be pictures of this decor on the website.

I would rent again in the future but not during December/January now that I know this

I recently used Capitol Hill Community Hall and was impressed. The space is clean, organized, and easy to work with. There’s plenty of parking, and the staff are supportive and professional. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a meditation session, very nice and clean place with lots of free parking space.

Great facilities! Would highly recommend renting this space! Lots of (free) parking, a kitchen area, and a large open space. Also, a convenient location!

It was for a model car show and a nice facility with good parking and updated washrooms. All good.
