Celebrations made my Mom’s 90th birthday party a smashing success. First time I met with Taya, our event planner, I decided her nickname ought to be “can do.” Whatever I asked for, “We’ll make that happen,” she said. Catering? Can do. Need more interesting menu options (mom *is* after all a foodie)? No problem, let’s do appetizers. Ice cream birthday cake? Sure! What about decorating the space? A mic? Laptop station for Zoom attendees? No problem. We’ll set up a table. Children? I’ll set up a children’s table. Bar? What would you like to serve? We decided to make it a cash bar but pay for everyone’s first round of drinks, and Taya came up with a system for unobtrusively tracking the drinks. Just wow.

She showed me the space, quite impressive. We chose the smaller hall, which was recently renovated, and, even though it’s downstairs, it is fully accessible. The other space upstairs is truly breathtaking, and I could almost wish I needed to get married, just so I could rent it.

We met in person twice. That’s all it took for Taya to have everything in hand. She was not only professional, personable, and competent, she was creative, helped solve problems, suggested improvements, and worked hard to keep our costs down. She even asked for an agenda so that I could enjoy the party and not have to think about timing for herding everyone for food, speeches, cake, and singing.

When the day dawned, there wasn’t a single mishap, a single missed cue, everything went off like clockwork. The space was set up, the hot food was hot and prepared to perfection, the cold food was fresh, the fruit trays incredible, the bar offerings varied and plentiful. Even after the party I was getting compliments on the food, on the venue, on the service. I got a lot of gold stars that actually belong to Taya and Celebrations!

I would recommend Celebrations to anyone needing a flawless event, be it a celebration of life, a wedding, a birthday party, a team building party, or a just because. Five stars are not enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to have a celebration of life today went to Dr Nelson Lester which I know and met this legend of a gentleman Great luncheon thanks to the people who made this luncheon

We used Celebrations for our Annual Memorial Event, and it was fantastic! Booking was seamless, the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs, and the venue itself is beautiful. The ample parking and excellent acoustics made it even better. Highly recommend for any event.

Converted church with a stage. Good for weddings and other events. Floor is a little wonky for dancing. Great service by staff.
