I was in town teaching a course upstairs in one of the meeting rooms. Location is dated but clean, comfortable, staff were very attentive. Lunch was catered through them, and meals were good and filling, felt home made which was a plus. I would go back for sure for another training.
Plenty of parking, the main hall can be used for any sorts of event, very multi purpose.
It was a great gym but it wasn’t exactly the cleanest.
Always enjoy my time here
