I attended an event at this party hall and overall had a very pleasant experience. The venue is spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it comfortable for a large number of guests. The layout of the hall is thoughtfully designed, with good seating arrangements and enough room to move around without feeling crowded. The lighting and décor added a nice touch and created a welcoming, festive atmosphere throughout the event.

The staff and event coordination also seemed well managed, as everything ran smoothly and on schedule. From entry to seating, the overall organization was impressive and contributed to an enjoyable experience for attendees.

The only minor area that could use some improvement is the speaker and microphone system. While the music quality was decent, the clarity of spoken announcements and speeches could be better. At times, it was a little difficult to clearly understand what was being said, so some fine-tuning or adjustment to the sound system would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Aside from this small issue, everything else was excellent. It’s a great venue for hosting events, and I would definitely recommend it to others

We recently switched our daughter’s Sweet Sixteen celebration to Chandani Victoria Banquet Hall after another venue double-booked our date — and we couldn’t be happier with that decision! From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice and made sure every detail was perfect.

The hall itself is beautiful, spacious, and elegant — it created the perfect atmosphere for our event. The food was exceptional, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Everything ran smoothly thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the staff.

What started as a stressful situation turned into an absolutely memorable and exceptional experience with Chandani Victoria. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a venue that truly cares about making your event special!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Jimmy may be a good salesman, but that’s where the positives end. My wedding reception at Chandni Victoria was an absolute disaster due to their poor management and lack of professionalism.

To start, the management accused us of exceeding our guest count, claiming we had 350 people when we had fewer than 315. We requested 10 chairs per table, yet many tables had only 8 or 9—completely unacceptable for a planned event of this scale.

Our cake table wasn’t even set up, and our friends and family had to scramble to find the cake and set it up themselves—something the venue should have handled. To make matters worse, there was another event happening in the hall next door that was extremely loud, and despite multiple complaints, management did nothing to address it.

The signature drink we specifically designed—a spicy margarita with jalapeños—was served without jalapeños, even though the recipe clearly included them. The food was cold, and no one bothered to inform our guests when the midnight snacks were served. We had ordered poutine, yet the fries and gravy were left out without cheese, completely ruining the dish.

For an event as special as a wedding, attention to detail and quality of service matter most—and Chandni Victoria failed miserably on both fronts. If you’re considering hosting your event at any Chandni Banquet Hall, don’t. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

I stayed here for a one-night layover making my way to Calgary. The hotel itself is beautiful in a more remote looking area which is because there appears to be a lot of business centers around. However, it is easily reached by bus lines 7 & 52B from Toronto Pearson airport. There are a great variety of stores & restaurant in walkable proximity as well. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean as you may expect. Also the staff was very nice to me. I was welcomed warmly & appreciated a good talk with ‘Harman’ who did the night shift. As my flight was leaving early in the morning I wasn’t able to have breakfast at the hotel. However, an expansively filled ‘breakfast bag’ was handed out to me upon check-out. Great place, great people. Thank you!

It’s an alright place if you need to stay the night somewhere. Lots of food places around. Had to stay a night for work, it’s decent for the price but don’t expect much. Sure wasn’t very clean but I am not too picky would stay there again but wouldn’t take my family there.
Faucet was about to fall off, TV remotes were definitely used and not cleaned, coffee machine and cabinets had stains and microwave was dirty. But overall it’s was pretty good.
