Okay, this rating is biased and not based so much on the facility as it is based on the people. The facility is decent for weddings or events for groups around one-hundred or so people. It is your basic community hall that one comes across. I like it just fine for the venues I have attended. However, the people are five star, world class, top of the pile kind of people. I find that no matter who I am chatting with there is never enough time to hear enough of their stories. It is a small group of people that manage this facility, but they do a great job of it. I consider this my home community hall now. There are very few residences next by and lots of open fields, so if you’re looking for a place to have a loud and rowdy event, Charlie Lake Hall is perfect for that.
