It’s very sad but true. I rented the hall to celebrate my son’s birthday. Due to the poor weather and Thanksgiving, it was canceled. Because of the limited time and the hall contract, it was too late to cancel. We could not celebrate my son’s birthday here. However, I went to pick up the key after the agreed-upon time limit. Unfortunately, the person who rented the place Matthew Benner, he’s the
Community Association Representative chose to steal my deposit and lied. He claimed the place wasn’t clean. He made a horrible story saying he had cleaned it, and took a video saying that he was cleaning. He took pictures of his boots and sent it to me. The hardest thing was that he told me on the phone that day I was asking him about the rental information he told me that after I occupied the hall, I should return the key to his mailbox at he’s home. He is very irresponsible for not being able to go and check out with me. During the time to return the key, it was 7:02pm. He never answered me so I went to drop the key off to his mail box. I spent very little time in the hall. The strange thing is that nothing was used because everything was canceled. However, he swears that we did leave a big mess. I have the proof that my son’s birthday was canceled.
Think carefully if you want to rent this Clearview community hall. This person steals other people’s money, just like what he did to me. My husband and I make sure to clean and we did check that everything was exactly as we found. Unfortunately, this person likes to keep other people’s money, pretend that he cleans others mess and make excuses for keeping their deposit. I hope God forgives you for not being honest, lying, and stealing from others.

Hidden gem for the kids. One playground has a very large slide that the kids LOVE.

Nice and clean community hall with good park for kids. Can hold a decent number of people. Has electric stove, microwave, oven and separate kitchen area.

I had my Wedding here. It has a decent sized kitchen and hall area. We are very happy with our choice. I would recommend this place for anyone having a smaller event. 😊

Great place to rent for a family event, as a kids birthday party. There is a hill behind the hall that can be used as a toboggan run.
