Held our Christmas party here this year and it was incredible! From decorations, to sound system, food, service, accommodations and more! Highly recommend Shelly and her team did remarkable!

This location has genuinely inspired individuals of all ages. It is a remarkable destination, particularly for travelers. The world offers numerous wonders, and this experience is one my family and I thoroughly enjoy. Merely discussing it is insufficient; a visit is essential to fully appreciate its value.

A few weeks ago, we rented this place for my daughter’s 20th birthday. Since my daughter and her friends are all around the same age, I let them handle booking the hall. She did a great job — provided all the required documents, paid on time, and followed every rule.

On the day of the event, my daughter and her friends arrived early to set up. I came shortly after and met with the manager to go over everything again. Unfortunately, the woman in charge was rude and condescending from the start, constantly trying to find something wrong so she could charge us extra.

I had a feeling she might later come up with some kind of claim, so I took a video of the hall both before and after the event — just to be safe.

Later that night, around 1 a.m., she texted me asking if anyone had taken drinks from their fridge — which was locked the entire time. I found that completely inappropriate. When I told her I had photos and videos showing the space before and after, she stopped messaging. But two days later, she contacted me again, demanding that I send her those photos.

I explained that those photos were for my own protection and asked her to first show me what we were being accused of. Her only reply was that “the fridge looked empty.” I asked her to confirm with the bar manager and provide proof that something was missing before asking me for my photos.

When I refused to send them, she threatened to blacklist me so I couldn’t rent the venue again. She said she would check with the bar manager and get back to me — but we haven’t heard from her since.

Honestly, it makes me wonder what else we might have been accused of if I hadn’t taken those videos.

The venue itself was nice, but I strongly recommend that anyone renting this hall take photos and videos before and after the event to protect yourself from false accusations.

As a proud Canadian citizen I’m shocked and appalled that you’re allowing a separatist petition at your facility . At a time when we need to be more united than ever your choice to endorse this divisive and dangerous referendum is sickening. I’ll make that myself and anyone I associate with boycott you

Sent in a deposit for a rental. Once they received the money the person dealing with rentals said they could no longer deliver so we had to sort out our own pick up and delivery but to call back in a week if we couldn’t and maybe they could sort something out. When I called back a week later the woman was very rude and abrupt. She was bothered that we were following up about a pretty important detail for our rental. She cancelled our order. Thankfully we got our supplies from somewhere else. Poor customer service.
