I married the love of my life at the Coldstream Community Hall late September. We had an amazing time! With a guest list of only 80 we had lots of space and decorated in a way that took advantage of that for both the ceremony and reception. Everyone at the hall was kind, accommodating and sincerely excited for us! I wouldn’t change a thing about our time there.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our wedding than Coldstream Community Hall. Christine, Cheryl, and the entire team were absolutely incredible, so kind, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They kept everything running so smoothly, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy the celebration. Since we are from Edmonton and not from BC, communication was especially important, and they made the entire process so easy. Every question was answered quickly, every detail was handled with care, and we always felt supported along the way. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference, and we are so extremely thankful that we picked this venue.
We also had Gumtree Catering at this venue, and the food was absolutely outstanding and truly the best we’ve ever had. Our guests are still talking about it, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Coldstream Community Hall to anyone planning a wedding or hosting any type of event. The space is beautiful, the people behind it are incredible, and paired with Gumtree Catering, it made our wedding unforgettable.

We chose Coldstream community hall for our multi day wedding and just WOW! The team was such a pleasure to work with from our first meeting where we were blown away by the venue and everything that was included in there very fair package pricing! No where else in the area even comes close! Cheryl is quick with communications and always so helpful! Throughout the planning process we had the absolute pleasure to work with Christine and honestly she is a true gem! She is such an amazing help and truly cares about your event going off without a hitch and she made it all happen!

There are no words to describe how amazing the team at Coldstream Hall has been, especially Christine and Cheryl. We booked the venue a year and a half prior to our wedding, with no vision and no plan. They were SO accommodating in having us come to further visualize, plan, trial linens, and ask as many questions as needed. We loved having our wedding here, the venue is stunning, clean, and the booking process with the team is clear and concise (great communication!). Day of, the team was present for any questions, and support as needed. We had so many compliments on the venue itself, it was perfect!

The VSSS 45th class reunion at Coldstream Community Hall was a great success! The staff were wonderful. Special kudos to Christine who never ceased to offer useful suggestions and respond to the volunteers’ many many requests. The space was beautiful, including the huge floor-to-ceiling windows on the east side of the hall that could be opened and allow access to the garden. The huge kitchen made for a convenient workspace for the volunteers and caterers. Washrooms large and clean. The hall has a large welcoming lobby area which allowed not only orderly event registration but also a quieter area to chat for those participants who wanted a break from the main hall. Highly recommended.
