Overall pretty decent. Staff are always nice. Only negatives is that the gym is a bit to small for comox considering how much the town has grown lately and their could be more variety in machines.

Very friendly staff, great community ctr gym, I was just visiting family for the weekend and came here as my hotel didn’t have gym, it was very nice and clean and good equipment, was fairy steady when I got there at about noon but then got very busy by 1 , good showers and plenty of lockers

Its honestly a solid gym but I cant believe they close for like every single holiday. like one time i took my pre workout and was hyped and ready and it was closed because of family day, like come on guys. The labor day one as well made no sense.

Gym is very clean and the equipement are all in working order. Staf are very freindly. Showers are spotless. There plenty of other activities such as pickleball, yoga and much more. Large outdoor parking near tennis courts and beautiful garden.

Not a welcoming gym environment. There is a regular male gym attendant who is an absolute gym nazi. He watches folks from behind his desk and constantly harasses folks on how to use/hold equipment. The guy looks like he needs to learn how to exercise himself. Your time is up (even though there is nobody waiting) and nobody else in the gym. You forgot to wipe properly. You did not sign up. No other attendant does this except him.
