We had our wedding at Copper Creek and it was absolutely perfect. I can’t sing Shelley’s praises enough — she is truly one of a kind. From the start, she was incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely kind person. She helped guide me through decisions about our timeline and decor, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right — including working tirelessly to use up all the excess baby’s breath I bought (pro tip for other brides: 3 boxes from Costco is way too much! 😅).
Our guests had such a lovely, seamless experience, and we’ll never forget everything Shelley did to make the day feel so special. If you’re looking for a beautiful, full-service venue that’s run with care and expertise, I highly recommend Copper Creek!
Shelley and her team had gone above and beyond to make our wedding special. She never hesitated to help answer any questions we had, or to give options or opinions in areas we needed advice on. Especially with the stresses of planning during the middle of the pandemic. She helped guide me in decisions that a bride normally wouldn’t have to make. And as a newer venue at the time she did a wonderful job under the unfortunate circumstances.
The venue and location is a perfect spot for an outdoor wedding and I loved how close it was to the city. It made it very easy for guests who lived locally to get to. Shelley had put her heart and soul in to our wedding planning, and I am forever grateful for her help in planning our day.
If you’re stressed about wedding planning, then Shelley is there to help make your life easier. This includes getting ready, ceremony, and reception all done at the venue. I definitely recommend using Copper Creek Barn for your big day!
Shelley and her team have an incredibly beautiful venue, very close to Edmonton, St Albert, and Fort Saskatchewan. Shelley was very easy to work with and very flexible as we tried to plan a Covid wedding. Shelley was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions. The day of Shelley and her team were on top of it all. Shelley has all your decor needs and handles all the set up and take down. Very happy we got to do two events at Copper Creek, Covid ceremony and our reception this 2022 year. Our guests also all loved the yard games and places to sit and mingle outside.
I thought I wrote a review, I guess not?
We got married here on July 2, 2022. The service & hospitality Shelly offers is beyond. The items she has available for you to use, the fact that she gives up her house the morning of for you to get ready. It is phenomenal. It rained the morning of our wedding day and Shelly said we had to make a decision if we wanted to do the ceremony outside in the drizzle as originally planned or inside the barn. We decided to do it in the barn & it was the first every ceremony in the barn there. It was gorgeous. She made our entire wedding day & weeks leading up to our day amazing & stress free. I am so thankful for Shelly & am so happy to be a copper creek bride.
From a vendor perspective, Cooper Creek Barn has everything you need to make your wedding day wonderful! The venue itself is beautiful, and having the ability to stay at one location from getting ready, to ceremony, through to the reception is a beautiful thing! Shelley and her staff are phenomenal. We hope to spend more time in the future photographing and filming weddings at this fabulous location!
