We had our wedding on November 9th, 2025 at the beautiful Cork & Crate Estates just outside of Olds, and it was truly everything we hoped for. When some significant problems arose that could have impacted our celebration, the venue stepped up without hesitation. They moved mountains behind the scenes to make sure everything was resolved quickly so we could relax and fully enjoy our day. We had our wedding at Cork and Crate in November this year and it was absolutely perfect. They were very fast to get in touch with us and give us a private tour of the venue. We had 125 people at our wedding and there was more than enough space! With it being November we were unsure if it would be inside or out and they made this very easy and stress free! Matthew was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond the day of to make everything seamless.

We got married at Cork and Crate last month and had the most wonderful experience! From our charcuterie and wine tour, to getting to view two open houses before our wedding, then finally the wedding day, everything was smooth and made as stress free as possible. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, we got married in the Vine House and the Sunflower Suite was so nice to have to get ready in the morning and have to sneak off for some quiet time throughout the night! The guys loved their area to get ready and made my husband’s experience so fun. Our guests took full advantage of the property and absolutely loved the animals and the yard games! Our time from our first viewing to our actual wedding day was spread out through some time due to when we decided to get married and we had a great experience with all the venue coordinators, but I truly cannot say enough about Matthew. He really cares about the brides having the least stressful experience possible and he went out of his way on our rehearsal and wedding day to ensure everything ran smoothly. We recently had our wedding at Cork & Crate and couldn’t have been happier with our day and our experience. The venue is well organized to host both the ceremony and the reception, allowing both outdoor options for mingling during cocktail hour and spacious interior for the reception. Matt and his team were amazing helping us set up and throughout the day, checking in to make sure everything was going smooth and that we were having a good time and facilitating our requests. The venue and property offer a number of different options, allowing you to customize your day and experience. We felt that we did not have to decorate a ton because the inside was already beautiful and rustic. We also really enjoyed utilizing both spaces for the bride and groom to get ready. Being able to be at the venue from the start of the day allowed us to take our time and really enjoy the day and experience. We are very thankful for the Cork & Crate team and would recommend the venue to any couple looking for a venue out of the city and there are great options for local vendors in the Olds area.

Absolutely beautiful venue and very accommodating. Matthew, our day of coordinator, made the day completely flawless. He really took the time to get to know us and our individual wants and needs throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this venue for a once in a lifetime experience (and hopefully it is 😉 )
