As a photographer, I absolutely loved shooting at this venue. It was genuinely one of my favourites of the whole season and I shoot weddings across Canada! The adorable ceremony area in the woods, all the beautiful greenery around the property and the white tent with the twinkle lights that flash just bounced off so effortlessly👌🏼 The owner, Max is also so sweet. Seriously a gem of a place!!

Our main goal when choosing a wedding venue was simple: we wanted to find a place we truly loved. We only toured one venue—and that’s all it took. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love. Everything about it felt right, from the ceremony site to the charming red barn for cocktail hour, and the gorgeous reception tent. It was everything we had hoped for, all in one perfect place.

The wedding suite might have been one of our favorite parts of the venue. It gave us a cozy, private space for an intimate rehearsal dinner and a comfortable place to relax and get ready on the big day. One of the best perks? It’s incredibly kid-friendly! Our girls had an absolute blast playing in the dedicated playroom all day—it made the whole experience even more special for our family.

Many of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. It truly made an impression on everyone. Our wedding was just a month ago, in mid-September, and we can’t stress enough how stunning the changing leaves were out at Country Acres. The fall colors made the entire setting feel even more magical.

Overall, our wedding day was perfect—and that’s largely thanks to Max and her incredible team. We couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a place that’s as stunning as it is welcoming, we highly recommend choosing Country Acres as your wedding venue.

My husband Layton and I got married at Country Acres about a week ago now, and we cannot say enough amazing things about this venue, the owner Max, and the staff! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married! I felt completely calm and at ease through the entire wedding planning process. The whole team, Max, Pam and the staff, went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT!

The venue itself is stunning, with so many BEAUTIFUL photo spots, the perfect getting ready room for the girls, and onsite camping, I could go on for ages about how great it is!

Everything flowed so smoothly on our wedding day, thanks to Max and everyone’s organization and support. We had so many guests tell us it was one of the best weddings and wedding venues they’ve been at! Lots even asked if it was okay if they got married here too (which of course, I’d love to come back and experience it from the other side)!!

Country Acres Wedding and Events is absolutely stunning. The land is so beautiful and peaceful, the perfect backdrop for our outdoor, fall wedding. Max was incredibly helpful, calm, and relaxed throughout the entire process, which made everything run smoothly. The staff were also wonderful and so supportive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! And the kids that attended our wedding would not stop talking about what an incredible experience they had, it was fun for them to run around on an open field with lawn games and wedding fun.

I love this venue! It is a perfect, idyllic country setting. I feel I need to defend the owner flagging fake reviews because I have been there enough times for different events to personally confirm some are not actually about Country Acres. For example, one person complained about an overwhelming manure smell. They don’t have any livestock on the property that produce manure. They have two dogs who are regularly cleaned up after and a few cats. I have never smelled anything other than fresh country air while there. There is another who claims they were promised a black stallion and a white mare and got mangy horses instead. The property doesn’t even have horses. There is a farm across the lane that has beautiful Clydesdale horses that Country Acres sometimes contracts for wagon rides, but nobody would be promising stallions and giving mangy horses instead. So, unless the reviewers are commenting on the wrong business by mistake, they are entirely fake. If you want the real picture, go there and see for yourself.
