I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my call today, February 13, 2026.

I asked if my son could be allowed entry for the day since he does not yet have an access card. I was not informed previously that he needed one. I understand policies are important, but I was simply asking if a one-day exception could be considered, as I am at work and unable to arrange the card immediately.

Unfortunately, the receptionist was rude and dismissive during the call. As a community member who pays yearly fees, I hoped for a more understanding response.

I respectfully ask that situations like this be handled with better customer service in the future.

I get to visit the Resident’s Association (whatever you do, do not call it a Community Centre) annually to pay my fees. Other than that, I’ve never successfully been able to book an event here. The Board of Directors is an echo-chamber and they are not interested in any other opinions, thanks. I do really appreciate the care and attention given to the lights at the Statue Park, and at the CRA- it makes it a very festive place that I regularly drive by and appreciate. (That’s actually why I added the second star!)

For whatever reason they decided the best thing was for no stick and puck on Friday or Saturday night. Every time I drive past the community center and free skate is on the schedule the rink is a ghost town, it’s gotten to the point where it’s a joke. Please fix this.

Great, private water park for residents only. Well kept. Lots of pulsating jets for kids to keep cool and have fun. Grassy area and picnic tables. Gazebo for shade. Tennis courts. Ball hockey rink.
