Small venue, seats a few hundred people. Lots of stairs without elevator, but some floor seats accessible from lower door from lobby for wheelchairs. Located adjacent to school facility. Great acoustics.
Bluesfest…a truly awesome evening. Fantastic venue. We will back!
I took my Grandkids to a show at the Creekside Theater in Lake Country today at 1:30 Feb.14 2026, this show was for young kids at a community center in the same building as George Elliot Secondary School. Walking up to the main door about 5 meters from the door on the schools sidewalk was a condom. Many kids/parents walked past it to get into the show, I had an 3 year old and 8 year old with me and I tried to find someone in the school to report it but no one was around that I could see. I did seen a custodian employee pushing a broom in the foyer we were in and went over to him and politely reported that there was a condom just out the door we just came in, he said nothing and I was sure the next thing he would do with the broom he had was to sweep it into a dust pan and dispose it. but no. The show was over and with all the other kids and parents we waking out the door we came in and there was the condom still, it looks like someone kicked and move it a bit. It may have been out there from the night before, it maybe still there.
I have real concerns about the cleanliness of the venue, maybe they need a new cleaning company that for real stays ahead of the risk of infection.
I’m going to spend my money else where from now on.
The Dan Mangan show was lovely. The theater volunteers were helpful and it’s a nice space.
Best place to go for entertainment in Lake Country 👍🏻🎼😁@JesseRoper
