We celebrated our wedding at Crystal Grand in October 2025, and choosing this restaurant and banquet hall was the best decision we could have made. We had been here many times before — for birthdays and our friends’ weddings — and every single time everything was at the highest level, from the food and service to the interior and overall atmosphere. That is exactly why we chose Crystal Grand for such an important celebration.

Grisha, the owner, is an amazing person, very professional and truly pleasant to work with. You can immediately feel that he genuinely cares about every event.

The banquet hall itself does not need any extra decorations — it is absolutely stunning on its own, with a very elegant, warm, and gentle style. The menu was incredibly delicious. Over the past years, I have attended many events in different banquet halls, but I can confidently say that the food at Crystal Grand is the best.

The service was outstanding. The waiters were highly professional, attentive, and always nearby whenever we needed anything.

The owner’s son was also very kind and welcoming — before everything started, he came over to talk to us and made sure everything was perfect, which meant a lot to us.

If I could go back in time, I would choose Crystal Grand again without any hesitation. The celebration we wanted, the celebration we dreamed of — that is exactly what we received. I will always recommend Crystal Grand to anyone looking for the perfect place for their special events.

A huge thank you to Karen and the whole team for making everything run so smoothly. From the very first day, Karen was so kind, patient, and incredibly organized. He helped us with every detail and made the whole planning process feel easy. Honestly, if Karen can handle me, I’m sure he can handle anyone 😄 — he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out exactly how we wanted.

The decor looked beautiful, the food was amazing (and there was so much of it!), and everything looked and tasted perfect. Our guests kept saying how great the food was and how wonderful the service felt. Everyone had such a good time, and that means the world to us.

On Saturday, August 6th, 2022; Cystal Grand Banquet Hall hosted my wedding reception. I first booked with the banquet hall in November 2021; and ever since, I’ve experienced amazing service. As many know, planning a wedding is very stressful and Crystal Grand made this wedding planning less stressful for my family and I. Below I’ve noted just SOME of the details that made this banquet the best choice for my wedding day.

– Price: Throughout my search within the GTA banquet hall options; Crystal Grand was able to accommodate everything, every other banquet hall had; at a reduced rate. A wedding reception is usually the most expensive step in your wedding budget. Therefore, finding a good rate will help with your other expenses.
– Food/Drinks: Food had to be the most difficult part of my wedding since so many guests had different variations of what they like to eat. Crystal Grand facilitated a custom meal package that everyone was able to enjoy. We had food from every different food group. The open bar was FANTASTIC! Every single one of my guests loved it. The bartenders were professional and classy.
– Staff: The staff treated me as royalty on my special day. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Keren (the event owner), was present at my event to ensure everything went smoothly- I am forever grateful.

Honestly, to write out everything in this review would be asking for a book; because I have so much to say. Many people have regrets and/or things that went wrong on their wedding day. Crystal Grand ensured I could trust them and proved that to be true from booking to the wedding day. My wedding day was perfect all thanks to them. The room was beautiful, the service was amazing, the food was great. I truly wish I could relive my wedding day all over again. I am yet to call them, and thank them again for their wonderful service. My husband and I have been married now for almost 3 years and we still talk about our wedding reception to this day.
For anyone reading this, book with Crystal Grand Banquet Hall if you’re looking to have the most majestic wedding reception of a lifetime. I truly didn’t know what my wedding day was going to look like as a young girl dreaming about it; but Crystal Grand made it come to life. Karen, Hanna, Aleksandra, and the entire Crystal Grand team – THANK YOU! We couldn’t have selected a better venue for our wedding! Everything was extremely well organized, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the decor by in-house florist Véronique (Fancy Flora) was executed to perfection! We also went with the venue’s recommended vendor for our wedding cake, Gold Cherry Bakery, and it beyond exceeded our expectations. Prior to dinner being served, our guests also got to enjoy the stunning antipasto buffet – prosciutto being cut right in front of you? Can’t get any fresher than that!

The grand hall has a beautiful chandelier and premier lighting that will make your wedding photos truly stand out. We chose it because of how spacious it was, our 165 guests fit comfortably, but it still provided an intimate feel. Having the head table on the stage gave us a lovely view of our loved ones and was the perfect backdrop for us to soak it all in.

If you are considering booking this venue for an upcoming celebration or special occasion (wedding, baptism, quinceañera, corporate event, etc.), look no further! We highly recommend it and couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Our wedding day was absolutely magical and perfect. ✨🤍
