Well I have lived in the Dunluce area for 6 years now and I don’t mind it myself. Only thing that I would change is that I wish the community league would advertise more and in the last 6 years I have never once seen the ice rink open to the community so if that’s the case then why not take it out and put in more basketball hoops or another baseball diamond and get the community more active for the kids in the area!

I love this place. And so do my kids. I love the amount of trees and grass that surrounds the park itself. There’s enough benches to go around. Good selection of equipment for all ages. Only downside is that no one seems to keep an eye on cleanliness there. Every time I go- I spend time picking up garbage- worst part is broken plastic and broken glass- and the amount of sticks that someone thinks is fun to stand straight up and cover with sand- kids do jump off slides and other equipment onto this sand- I ended up finding one of these well placed branches and I ended up with a massive cut. Kids will be kids but this is work of older kids. Teens. Who need to reasses their boredom. Whoever is in charge of the park should have better ways of keeping this clean and safe- there is a lot of kids that are at this park. Having a rake go through the sand to make sure no glass or OTHER pieces of anything are in the sand. It’s a gorgeous area- it should be respected more by all and kept cleaner.

We rented this hall for a 60th birthday party and it was the perfect hall for a smaller party. We had about 75 people but could fit many more. It’s clean, bathrooms were stocked, the bar is the perfect size for the hall, and the kitchen was big with lots of space for all the food and beverages we had. The gentleman who rented the hall was wonderful to deal with and very easy going.

Brought the children to the park and they had a wonderful time. Park has sand base. Many wood structures to climb. Plenty of swings. There is a gorilla made of rock that was fun to incorporate into the “stay out of the lava” game. Overall a nice place to go.

Amanda didn’t strike me as someone who should be In charge of events and what not.She was rude and crude and I didn’t like her attitude .she didn’t seem like someone who you would want to be the face of the dunluce community hall. And I wasn’t the only one who she gave that impression to
