District of New Hazelton purchased a 7,080 square-foot building that was originally built as a store in the local mall. In August 2019, the Erwin Stege Community Centre opened to the public.

My sister’s wedding reception was at this hall, and my mom only got $50. Back from the damage deposit, there was no damage, except older damages. Where is the money for damage deposit going if not to fix the hall. My family is not happy !!!!
