Beautifully renovated large hall with a commercial kitchen, bar, stage, wheelchair accessible, has a 300 people sitting capacity . There is a bowling alley, a seniors gym and a small meeting room located on the lower floor.

Right on the main road through Fruitvale easy to pull in. The 5 spot RV park is beside it on the Beaver Creek. Across from Coop gas station. Excellent kitchen and easy to use dishwasher. Well maintained and clean. Wheelchair access.

This site was a godsend for my family at the end of a very long travelling day. My father thankfully noticed it from the road while driving when my family was headed to the next town to stay in the dreaded ‘Walmart parking lot’ for the night. Although skirting a parking lot the site was clean and charming complete with a babbling brooke and wildflowers at the back of the lots. The cost of 25$ per night was well worth it because the site is equipped with power, sani dump, water and garbage facilities. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a couple nights however I am greatful that I can still say “we haven’t had to sleep outside of a Walmart to date”.
