On Sept 9/23 we had our wedding and reception at the Grand Maple. We were absolutely thrilled with how smoothly our special day went! Catherine and Bill Ma went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, right down to the smallest details. Our guests raved about the food! Catherine and Bill arranged for the officiant, the catering and the DJ for us, and were so accommodating and easy to work with.
We have also attended some of the”Special Events” that Catherine and Bill put on at the Grand Maple and have enjoyed them immensely. Whenever we can, we go to Thursday evening “Open Mic” as well.
The Grand Maple is a beautiful venue, and no matter what your event or occasion may be, Catherine and Bill Ma will make it wonderful!

Each time the space transforms perfectly suited for the occasion. Great sound, clean and modern bathrooms, wonderful bar space, super spacious, wonderful ambiance. We just celebrated our daughter’s wedding yesterday at Grand Maple Event centre. Bill and Catherine are wonderful people and will make your event stress free. Everybody at the wedding had a wonderful time and commented on how beautiful the venue was and how they had a wonderful time! The catering was fantastic! We hosted our first ever Black and White Medieval Masquerade Ball at the Grand Maple and I could have not asked for a better venue. Our hostesses Bill Ma and Catherine were so helpful not only prior to the event but also during it.
What I loved most of the place is that for my event there was minimum decoration since the place is so beautiful it needed almost nothing to make it look gorgeous.
Our guests loved every moment of it and we finished our night feeling happy and accomplished.
This venue in Hastings, Ontario is without a doubt the best place to celebrate all kinds of events like we weddings, anniversaries, balls, business events, and pretty much anything you can think of.

If you haven’t made it to this place you are truly missing out on a great experience. We have been there numerous times and always have been entertained by the talented artists and performers. Recently we were treated to Nicholas Campbell – an up and coming band and enjoyed an evening of amazing music and atmosphere.
