Be prepared to lose most of your damage deposit if the area isn’t left in perfect condition. The owners are not easy to deal
with. They would not turn on the air conditioning and are not accommodating

This is a fantastic facility if the owners would stick to the agreement that was made them a yer ago. At the last minute had to find new location for our event. Not worth the money when you have the facilities but they cannot be used. Would not recommend this venue if you are planning a large event, reunion, wedding, etc unless you don’t mind plans being changed at the last minute on you. I would not recommend this place

Drove taxi to this place to pick up. I ended up kicking people out of my taxi they were very drunk very rude obnoxious and disrespectful. I hope not all people that use this venue are like this

Beautiful location for weddings. Very rustic.
