This restaurant used to be good and have potential but recently their quality and quantity for the value has gone downhill. Our tabouleh was drenched in the juice as seen in the picture and way too sour. The kabob plate listed on their website says 2 skewers however they only provided one and it was very dry steak. Thirdly, the fattoush and fries in the combo were both extremely soggy and hardly filled up the plate. Won’t be returning unfortunately
Went to this place for the Iftaar Buffet. At $40 per person, this is an expensive buffet but the service was excellent and there were lots of food options for the price. My only issue was the taste. I was hoping they would have a couple of dishes that tasted exceptional…but unfortunately that was not the case. If you are looking for a huge variety of items…this is the place to be. If you are looking for excellent taste…this is not the place.
I have to give it to them for the iftar buffet, most expensive in Calgary but 100% worth it.
Lamb cooked to perfection, everything else is tasty and extremely worth it. will go back again and hopefully they keep it up
Great atmosphere and great combination of food. There were food for different age of people. Half a dozen dessert options. The main items were two types of roasted stuffed lamb, barbq sheesh tawouk, and Moroccan famous dish beef tajine. There were around 150 people and enough food for all of them. The thing I liked most is there were four lines for food, so the waiting was much less compared to other buffet restaurants.
Probably one of the best casual arab restaurant with really affordable prices. The menu has a lot of authentic Middle Eastern food and the staff are really nice!!
