I organized a large group trip to Taber, Alberta, and we stayed at the Heritage Inn—it was a fantastic experience! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the manager, Sunny, was outstanding. He was highly communicative, efficient, and handled all our requests with professionalism and care.

We also hosted a banquet at the hotel, and the food was amazing—everyone loved it! The complimentary breakfast was delicious too, a great way to start the day.

I highly recommend Heritage Inn Taber if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Taber. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! They would not accept my military veterans card, because “we are fully booked this weekend” my friend got a free breakfast voucher but we didn’t because we were “seniors “ My friends are older than us! The vending machines didn’t work Front desk staff were not pleasant Rooms were not very clean we were put in a room on the second floor with no elevator and no a/c Overall horrible service and experience

The hotel service Is great, the cleaning lady did such a great Job every day, and the thing we loved about this Hotel is the breakfast, its so great here, no need to go look for breakfast elsewhere.

The rooms could use a remodel and the beds would be great with new matresses, but all in all the service was great.

Beds were very comfortable, and A/C was great. Breakfast included with our stay was very good, with portions large enough that we had a hard time finishing them. Atrium was there, and my wife and daughters really enjoyed it. Downside is cost. I asked for two rooms and booked each for three nights. Asked for confirmation of total price and was told $505. When we checked out, I was told that one room was only booked for one night, and that they had only extended booking because we had left stuff in room. Final bill was $900+. My recommendation is to very carefully check your reservation details, to make sure you don’t get surprised.
