We can’t recommend Lakecroft enough!! Our wedding was perfect! Anna and Mathew were incredible to work with, and made everything so easy for us on our special day.
The property is stunning, and very well kept. The two nights we spent there we enjoyed being in such an outdoor venue, and yet the accommodations are all very modern and comfortable. We also appreciated the property being dog friendly so that our dog was able to be the ring bearer. All our guests enjoyed their time there, so great to have the accommodations on site.
We are forever grateful to Lakecroft, and can’t wait to visit in the future!

This was the most perfect place if you want to take a notch up from car camping with but avoid hotels. We only wished we booked more than one night (we will next summer for sure!) The grounds and bell tents are beautiful and well kept, and paddling on the lake was so lovely. If we were able to stay longer we would have used the BBQ equipment (each tent has a small fridge so no need for coolers and ice!), and we would have bought wood for a campfire. They also have very relaxing hammocks. It was definitely a peaceful place and not far at all from Picton, the cideries, and Base 3. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating!

Didn’t even get to plan my wedding here since no one contacted us. We filled in the online form, got an initial response but after we booked an appointment, nobody called us at the confirmed time. We took time off work for the appointment and that was very disappointing. They said they would reschedule but never did. Saw on another online form that this happened to another bride.

Lakecroft is the perfect Glamping experience. In a tranquil location on a beautiful lake ideally located close to everything in Prince Edward County. The tents are spacious with everything you need. Clean shared bathroom. Great place all around. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 4 nights in a Suite in July. It was a 3-star experience, which would be fine if they didn’t charge 4-star prices.
– While the interior decorating is nice, there’s a reason there are no photos of the exterior: it’s unkept and ugly. Unlike the tents, the suites are on the main road with no view.
– The beds suck. Old spring mattresses and weirdly stiff pillows. Beds are like the no.1 thing you want from accommodation, very disappointing.
– Nice bathroom, except for the bugs that got in every night.
– It’s meant to accommodate 6 people, but there’s only 1 couch??
