I’ve dj’d over 500 weddings at venues all over BC. When it came to my own wedding and the vision we had, we knew who to ask. Lindon House was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The historic charm, beautiful details, and inviting atmosphere created such a warm setting for both the ceremony and reception. The venue offered so much character that it hardly needed extra décor. Linda, Don, and staff were great to keep the day flowing smoothly. Our guests loved the intimate yet elegant feel—it couldn’t have been a better choice.

We had our reception at Lindon House and it truly is the perfect hidden gem in Kelowna! Driving down Ethel, you would never know that this house opens up to one of the most beautiful spaces we have seen in the city. No only was it well taken care of and loved for, Linda and Don (the owners), were extremely accommodating, helpful in anyway that they could be, and just as excited about our big day as we were. They were extremely friendly, and helped more than we had expected. Would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a wedding/reception space!

I had the pleasure of not only getting married at Lindon House, but also getting to know Linda & Don during our year of wedding planning.

We chose this venue as it ticked all our boxes. It’s in a great location convenient for guests staying in Downtown Kelowna, yet you feel so far removed from the city surrounded by lush florals and mountain views. We had 32 guests in total and it was the perfect amount of space for a group of that size. Not only is the house beautiful, the gardens are exceptional and there are so many spaces for guests to roam around and mingle. Lindon House has a particularly elegant charm about it that feels incredibly special – pictures don’t really do it justice.

Aside from the venue itself, part of the charm comes directly from the owners Linda & Don themselves. Communication was clear and they were incredibly helpful in the run up to the wedding. They are very experienced hosting seamless events and that really shines through. On our wedding day itself, Linda & Don felt like part of our family. All of our guests thought they were amazing people and enjoyed chatting and getting to know them. Everything was set up and coordinated exactly as we imagined and they are quick to pivot and problem-solve. They really went above and beyond our expectations and we can’t thank them enough for making our day so flawless.

Lindon House and Linda & Don will always hold a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend considering this venue and seeing the charm for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

We had our wedding at this incredible venue and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Linda and Don were beyond supportive and helpful. They provided a wonderful list of vendors who were all familiar with the space, which helped significantly. Their attention to detail showed in every corner, from the beautifully kept grounds and home to the thoughtful flow of the day itself. The staff they hired were immensely helpful on the day of as well.

They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we felt supported every step of the way. Whether it was helping us problem-solve last minute details or making sure we felt calm and taken care of on the day, they were always there with kindness and professionalism.

Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how well-organized everything felt. You can tell that Linda and Don genuinely care about every couple who gets married here.

Our hosts Don & Linda were absolutely wonderful. Their historic venue is both warm and elegant, without being at all pretentious. We would definitely recommend Lindon house for any event for both business and/or pleasure alike.
