The building is older but clean and well-appointed. I toured it on Doors Open and was impressed with my guide and the banquet facilities.

Always clean, very accomodating; they set up the room (chairs & tables) for you ahead of time according to your needs/event, and clean up after you’re done. Very good rates. I rent out halls several times a year, and this is my new go-to. Do reserve in advance, as it gets booked up…
