Recently held my Sangeet at ME Grand and overall had a positive experience with a few setbacks.

Anmol, the coordinator, was very responsive, providing clarity when needed. The food was excellent — while the tasting portions beforehand were limited, the quality and quantity on the event day were praised by all our guests. The mocktails and street food stations were well received, and the DJ and sound system were outstanding, keeping the dance floor lively all night.

Unfortunately, the event began with some stress when the stage decor was set up incorrectly, despite detailed written instructions and an AI-generated visual reference shared in advance. The team corrected the setup within 15 minutes, but the delay affected our couple photoshoot schedule and led to overtime costs for our photo and video team.

Another issue was that the henna artists were asked to move out of the hall and relocate to the lobby. For a venue that frequently hosts pre-wedding functions, this was unexpected. However, chairs and tables were provided for them in the alternate space. The oud bar was allowed.

Overall, ME Grand offers good value for money, inclusive per-head pricing, and excellent food. A bit more care in decor execution and event-day flexibility would have made it a flawless experience.

We truly had an amazing time. Everything was beautiful. The sweets that were recommended were delicious, the dj that was recommended was awesome 😎 and the balloon recommendation was a hit! (ajcreativeballoons) Thank you very much will be back for our next event!

Okay.. this is a long due review! As we got little busy with a life changing event since our wedding in July last year. But I owe it to the team.
Hosting our dream event in this venue was the perfect decision as I walked into this place & felt the exact vibe I wanted my guests to experience close to back home. The interiors & decor are surely the star of the show, then comes the mocktail & live street food corner which was a hit amongst my guests!
Anmol & the team ensured a great service & quick to response and modify any concerns we came up with throughout the process. They took our feedback seriously after our food tasting and delivered according to our recommendation on the day, which absolutely changed the taste we were looking for & all guests praised it too. They tried to accommodate most of our requests including changes on the table plans & the staffs provided their service professionally.
All my guests left with a happy and content hearts & that’s absolutely everything we wanted to prioritize. As much as I was anxious about the big day, everything went amazingly smooth.
Therefore, a heartfelt thanks to the team & Mr Arshad. Definitely recommended to others for any South Asian wedding, functions or experience! Good luck for future!

Loved this venue! We hosted a family religious celebration here and it was stunning. The food was delicious and the chaat bar was a crowd favourite. We were missing some plates for our dessert table that we made and they prepared some extras for us right away. Great service!

It’s a very beautiful hall. From the outside, you could never tell. Nice to host a small or medium events.

The drapery and lighting is very beautiful. However their combination can lead to a serious fire hazard. I saw no protection/precautions taken against fire.

There are some decent washrooms. They’re clean.

Parking situation is a bit confusing. But usually there’s quite a few available.
