The only thing I enjoyed about this place was the staff. They were very friendly. They advertised that tea and coffee would be available at our function all night, but there was none. They served salad without any dressing. The chicken had no seasoning and wasnt fully cooked. Hard pass for me. I loved the pasta. I didn’t like that the face that the used dishes were left for long periods on our table. I’m used to staff in a uniform at a banquet hall.. but the staff here wore a black shirt and whatever on the bottoms. One girl thought it was appropriate to wear jogging pants. #smh. Also, there were random holes in the wall and electrical cords exposed causing possible tripping hazard.
Out of 6 stalls in the washroom, three were out of order.. not good. Line up for no reason as result. This place needs an update in terms of paint and carpet.

The amount of things that weren’t INCLUDED AS I PAID FOR IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL.

I paid to have the hall until 2am
The head server tried to shut everything at 1:30am
I had to step away to from my celebration to call Narinder Dhillon to tell him about this
I paid for security to arrive at 6pm when my reception started they came at 7pm
I paid for 6 servers
And only 4 showed up I stepped away once again to call Narinder Dhillon about this he said.. they are in there way none of them showed up my guest was left serving dinner themselves
Almost all the glasses on the tables were broken and had to be replace
The napkin towels that were placed in the glasses smelt like mold as they weren’t dried correctly
The bathrooms had no toilet paper and almost all the toilets in the females bathroom over flooded
They did nothing about it
Liquor was stolen by the servers
My left over food was stolen by the waiters and the servers told us the cater took back to food
And the cater was a family friend and he said no there’s was enough food to sever 400 guest 2x
Half of our food was stolen by servers
Narinder Dhillon Is the most rudest and unprofessional Punjabi man in this business
I suggest staying away from this hall or dealing with another owner

Unprofessional and unacceptable. These are the worse server a company can ever hire. I strongly highly don’t recommend you to book this venue for your special Occasions

For an open concept Banquet Hall with a medium sized stage and a large aisle/walkway/dancefloor this place is perfect. The event I went to Accommodated 400 seated and the hall could fit lots more as you can see the available space. All in all, the bartender staff they had were very friendly.

Stunning banquet hall for any event really. We were there for a friend’s engagement party and I was impressed by the atmosphere and decor.

The staff was pleasant and we really enjoyed ourselves at the event. Thank you for the experience and we will definitely be booking future events here!

Punjabi Virsia Radio & Television organized a Ghazal night here. Scam event. Don’t trust this organizer.

Paid $53 per ticket. Waited over 2 hours with my partner, only to be denied entry because the venue was full. We had valid tickets. No refunds. No accountability.

Organizers were rude, denied people bathrooms, and the situation got so bad police were called.

Blatant overselling. Zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs. I will be reporting.
