We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at this place and the experience was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived until the end of the event, everything was handled with such care and professionalism.

The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was! The variety and taste truly exceeded our expectations.

Had an event here on August 20. The booking with the lady was pleasant. However, her partner, a completely different experience, very unpleasant.

The food at the hall was decent. The apps and mains were fine, tasted fresh. The dessert was lacklustre and stale. No salad to go along with the mains.

The cleanliness needed work. There was still decor in the lobby from a previous event. It looked as if the hall was not cleaned properly.

The owner was very unprofessional. He was lurking in the hall throughout the entire night. The guests were quite upset. He was also eating while the party was going on. He also drank our liquor while the party was going on. As the party winded down, the owners son came and took two shots of our liquor right in front of me. Very unprofessional. The other staff and bartender were pleasant.

Overall, the food is satisfactory however they lack customer service and management skills. I found the owner to be very unprofessional overall. I would not recommend this hall again to anyone because of that reason. There are many other halls in the area that you could choose.

National Banquet Hall exceeded our expectations! The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and enjoyed by all our guests. The service was outstanding – the staff was attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience made our event truly memorable. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

We went to the main hall. The hall is fully renovated since the last time we were there a few years ago. It is nice and bright. The ceiling is low but everything else looks good. The washrooms are nice and clean. The most surprising thing was the food. It was very delicious. Mixed pakoras,fish pakoras and chicken dish were all good. The tea was very good as well. This is not a very big hall but for small gatherings I will definitely recommend this. There is enough parking. I have not been to the other hall #1 so don’t know about that one. The DJ was not so impressive that was the only drawback.
