Had spoken with the staff here a couple of times about a booking option they didn’t offer. They acted like they were actually interested in making something happen, but were too busy lying to me to be bothered to do their jobs! They are liars and they are not capable of acting in a professional manner. Jamie McCulloch went out of her way to sound interested in my idea and made me believe that it was an actual possibility, but did nothing to work with me and then just stopped responding entirely. Angela Reddekopp then responded; acting also as though she was capable of doing something, anything and yet again, fell short. The staff here will string you along and act like they care about your idea or what you are trying to accomplish and then turn around and pretend like they have no idea what you’re talking about. They are unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent, and through their conduct immensely unprofessional. Just watch how they will respond to this review where they paint themselves as the most professional and competent staff on earth. All they care about is getting paid and themselves!

A very nice hall. Kitchen was great for hosting a wedding. There were some cooking utensils that were not there though that we wish we had when preparing food there. From big stirring spoons, grater, and trays and platters etc. But everything else was good.

Perfect wedding venue for a more DIY bride, has a wonderful kitchen for caterers, lots of space for larger quest capacity, a stage to the head table can be raised up and they do set up of all the table and chairs. Note that you will need skirting or something for the stage as that isn’t provided but can be easily rented.

Great hall, very spacious. We rented it for our wedding this summer. I liked being able to rent for the whole weekend so we could set up the night before and clean up the following day/ host gift opening. The kitchen is great, if you’re hiring caterers.

The hall itself is great but the service I received was not. Booked for our wedding, confirmed there would be someone to meet us at the beginning of our rental period to unlock the facility however no one showed up. Waited for over half an hour before I was finally able to get a hold of someone to come open the hall. Paid corkage and submitted our head count a month before the event as per their requirements (I added extra guests to be on the safe side), however we ran out of pop early on in the night. Gave them a head count of 225 people and were only given 300 cups. So we paid corkage and had to buy our own pop and cups. The hall is nice but the service is not up to par.
