Very spacious and clean hall for the reception. The seating arrangement is great and table top decor is nice.

The way leading up to the stage is clearly marked and broad enough to use as a dance floor.

The drinks bar is well kept and the food layout is well thought out. All the food items are delicious and properly tagged for the guests’ convenience.

The hallway and restrooms are also clean and well kept. Overall a nice experience.

Big area for the event. They have to increase the washroom capacity based on the capacity of the center. Sometimes parking is full in big events.

This was a super clean, and we’ll planned out venue. I was there and they had such a beautiful lobby with lots of space for guests to hang out, as well as an even nicer banquet room. Everything from the space to the decor was just right. Will definitely recommend if anyone’s looking for a venue in Oakville. They had this very nice setup in the lobby too!

We recently visited OE Banquet and Conference Centre in Oakville for a special celebration, and we were thoroughly impressed with the venue. From the moment we arrived, everything about the space felt well thought out and accommodating.
The location is excellent; close to the QEW and Bronte Road. There was plenty of available parking also.
Inside, the venue is beautifully designed and very spacious. The lighting was perfect, and the furniture modern and comfortable. One feature that stood out was the availability of washrooms, both inside the conference room and outside which was very convenient for guests.
Overall, OE Banquet and Conference Centre in Oakville exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect venue for celebrations and conferences.

I went there for Oakville Fall A 2022, a Rubik’s cube competition which was held in Banquet Hall ABC. The venue had so much space, a stage, projectors, literally everything you needed for a venue for anything. Only problem is the bathroom is extremely dirty with toilet paper all over the floor.
