We hosted our 700-person wedding at Palacio Event Centre, and I honestly don’t even know where to begin. The entire experience was beyond incredible. The staff, and especially Dave (the owner) and Sanaya (our event coordinator), were absolutely amazing and truly helped bring our vision to life. We would not have been able to pull off such a large, detailed event without their support, care, and professionalism.

They were so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They never said no to anything we wanted and always found ways to make things work. You can really tell they care about their clients and their events.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It elevated our photography and videography to a whole other level—our wedding looked like something straight out of a movie. The hall is so beautiful on its own that you honestly don’t even need to spend much on décor. The lighting is gorgeous, the sound system is excellent, and the space has great air circulation and ventilation, which made hosting such a large crowd so much more comfortable.

The waiters and waitresses were also lovely and made the night run so smoothly. The food was great with lots of options to choose from, but the one thing everyone kept talking about afterward was the open buffet appetizers. The setup was beautiful, the presentation was on point, and the food tasted amazing—such a crowd pleaser.

If you’re considering Palacio Event Centre for your wedding or event, I couldn’t recommend it more. It truly exceeded all of our expectations and helped create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us and our guests. 💫

Amazing venue and an even more incredible team at Palacio. Dev and his staff treated us with so much respect and truly brought our dream reception to life. I have never met such a humble and dedicated management team. They genuinely care about their clients and work hard to make sure every detail matches your vision. The food was outstanding as well; their chef is truly exceptional. Highly recommend!

We recently hosted our reception at this venue, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The food was amazing—prepared exactly to our notes and absolutely to our liking.

The venue itself was spacious, grand, and beautifully ambient, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

The service was exceptional. Every staff member was incredibly accommodating and understanding, going above and beyond to help us set everything up, especially since we didn’t have planners. Their on-site coordination was seamless and made the entire day run effortlessly.

Overall, this was the best reception hall we could have ever imagined or dreamed of. We’re beyond grateful for the experience and will be coming back for ages to come!

It’s nice, compact, and good for standard wedding/ conference and other parties. Parking spaces may need attention. I enjoyed the convention centre.
