We recently hosted our child’s birthday party at the Panorama Hills Community Centre. During the party window there was a weather situation that was completely out of our control which caused poor visibility during travel time. As a result many guests and our children’s entertainer arrived 15 to 30 minutes late.

We asked the staff if there was any flexibility to extend our booking slightly or provide some leeway given the circumstances. Instead we were repeatedly told the contract was “tight” and that there was no flexibility.

What was disappointing is that this is a community centre run by a residents association and homeowners in the area already pay annual fees to support it. The interaction felt more like dealing with a rigid for profit venue than a community organization meant to serve its residents.

Unfortunately the staff came across as inexperienced and the situation reflected poor leadership and judgment in how situations like this are handled.

For now, I wouldn’t recommend hosting events here. A more reasonable and thoughtful approach to residents would make a big difference.

Finally the community centre is open but they didn’t renovate anything outdoor, except built up event and program to make more money. The outdoor playground is almost 20 years old with retarded swings, they didn’t bother to add new ones in fact they didn’t paint the old slides- it’s not safe for kids. No consideration was given to families with kids..That old beautiful bridge with flowers is gone- we used to love those beautiful flowers during summers … 2 years of construction and ended up with nothing… Need serious consideration on our money…

As a resident living in this community for more than a decade, I am absolutely disappointed by the way this community centre charges the residents the same amount of HOA without providing access to the community centre for almost 2 years due to the construction. The access to this community centre was one of the many reasons why we chose to buy a home here. From the past 2 years there has been construction in this centre and the residents had no access to avail the amenities. While they take all the money as part of HOA, this lack of access is incredibly disappointing and that the owners are supposed to pay full amount. CHEATERS…!!!! BULLIES…!!! I called them asking why they are still charging the full amount even when they are not providing the access to the community centre, to which they basically implied, ‘we don’t care. sucks to suck.!!!!’. The new building is taking forever to finish. On top of charging the full HOA, they also started charging ‘Interest’ on the unpaid HOA and threatening to send the account to collections..!!! THE AUDACITY…!!!! I cannot wait to move out of this community.
Anyone considering buying a house in Panorama Hills Community, make sure that your potential home address is within certain zone to access this community centre. Not all houses within this community will have access. Check with your realtor and do your due diligence. God know how long it will take for them to complete the construction and resume the normal activities.

A community center only for Panorama Hill residents. Great place to bring kids over or have a relaxing conversation with friends and family. In the summer, you can also have a BBQ gathering here.

Very bad community services , and collecting a fee every years and if you missed unintentionally, which could happened since they are sending email not a letter as before so if you missed the email for some reason and just forgot , they added 200 dollars legal fee for no reasons also the lawyer is keep threating the home owner that will legal action will be taken against the house and extra fee will be added if did not pay the $200 legal fee
