My husband and I were married this past weekend at River Valley. People always talk about how much work & how stressful wedding planning is… but Darrell and Sue were amazing from the start. They outlined everything they required from us, as well as our options for rehearsal/day-of! They took phenomenal care of us and coordinated our whole day. These people wedding. They think of EVERYTHING and were there to offer support, suggestions, and ensure the day went as smoothly as could be. They treated us like family.

Not to mention how absolutely beautiful the “barn” is. . . the handcrafted tables, table linens/candles/eucalyptus garlands, the bridal suite: absolutely gorgeous! We were lucky to have good weather and had our ceremony outside; the benches, the pond with a fountain (it lights up at night!), and the grass is so well-kept! Dads were very impressed by the grass.

They helped us with the ceremony rehearsal and showed us how to actually walk down the aisle- it’s harder than it looks!

Out of all the venues we looked at, this was by far our favorite and it was the best price as well.

My now husband and I got married this past weekend. We only looked at one wedding venue during our planning process, and that was River Valley Wedding Venue. We went for a tour and by the time we left the driveway, we knew we wanted to book it and didn’t look at anything else.

Sue and Darryl are very experienced and organized and truly want your wedding day to be the most special day for you. They go through every detail with you to make sure everything is perfect the day of! They assist during the ceremony and come and check on you throughout the night to make sure things are going smoothly and help in any way they can. We were so thankful for them!

The venue itself is stunning. All of our guests raved about how beautiful and amazing it was! The grounds are so well kept, the pond and the features like the fountain, arch and bridge just add so much character to your wedding day. The saloon, wooden tables and large staircase make the venue even more special and one of a kind.

There are outdoor games they set out and our guests loved them! They used them before the ceremony and during cocktail hour.

The bridal suite is beautiful. Enough mirrors for everyone to get ready and the decor and large windows make for stunning photos.

If you want an amazing wedding day and photos, River Valley Wedding Venue is the perfect spot for you and we cannot recommend the venue enough!

River Valley Wedding Venue was absolutely incredible, and we truly do not know how we would have gotten through our wedding day without Sue and Darrell. Their communication was outstanding from the very beginning. It was quick, clear, and consistently supportive. Every question we had was answered immediately, and they made the entire planning process feel easy.

On the day itself, they took every bit of stress off our shoulders. Everything ran smoothly because of them. They handled the music, the timing, the bridal party, the transitions, and even the clean up at the end. At one point, we left a bag behind while we were off site taking photos, and without us even asking, Darrell drove it out to us. That level of thoughtfulness and care is rare, and we appreciated it more than we can say.

Sue and Darrell made the whole day feel relaxed, seamless, and fully supported. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish.

The venue itself is stunning beautiful scenery, spacious grounds, and charming details that made our day feel magical. Our guests especially loved the lawn games, which added such a fun and relaxed feeling to the celebration.

The bridal suite was the cherry on top absolutely gorgeous and the perfect place to get ready with my bridal party. And the saloon bar! So much fun! It added such a unique and lively touch to the evening.

I got married in December at River Valley and it was the most amazing experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone was so helpful and ensured that our day was perfect. The set up was gorgeous and the location is beautiful. The bridal suite was one of my favourite places in the venue and me and my girls had such a wonderful time getting ready. I felt so cared for and loved throughout the whole day and genuinely have no complaints. It was a special day and River Valley ensured that.
