Had an event there a few weeks ago. Everything went smoothly, the manager / owner met with us before and provided everything we agreed upon. Their in-house Indian food was good quality and all our guests took time to complement that fact. Electronics, projectors and DJ systems supplied in house were of good quality as well. No issues.

The hall looked great during the event and the lighting they have really set a nice atmosphere as people walked in.

I would host with them again if the need arose.

We had a wonderful experience with Riverside banquet hall. We booked a large wedding, and had great support from the team every step of the way. You are able to meet with them and work with them to build your event to your liking. The staff are very communicative and helpful. I have attended multiple weddings here as a guest as well, and have had great experiences. I would definitely recommend this banquet hall to anyone planning a wedding.

If you book this hall, don’t do your decor with them. Poor communication and they’ll do what they want, not what you ask for. They will overcharge for a mediocre job. My decor was nothing like what I had requested despite having multiple meetings. My stage and walkway looked nothing like what we communicated via email, and wrote down on the planning papers and invoices. The decor organizer’s advice to me at our last meeting was for me to not ruin my night by focusing on tiny decor details.

A quarter of my guests had arrived for the wedding reception and decor was still not finished. Some of my tables did not have centrepieces. My stage decor fell in the first hour because it wasn’t secured properly, and instead of fixing it, the decor lady ignored the problem. 4 of my family members scrambled on stage to fix the flowers that fell off the pillars.

Nice banquet hall with plenty of parking outside. Located on the upper floor with an elevator nearby. Lighting is pretty good inside with enough space for a large dance floor too for desi weddings

Nice hall , but went there for a wedding reception. Limited parking. The place is upstairs second floor. Nice big hall, but 1 buffet setup location.. They do have a separate bar and a hidden Dj location with big speakers mounted high above.
