I have been going to this Legion since I was 10 years old. Started with working bingos and helping out the Ladies with the bingo canteen, cooking and serving food for functions that would be held there. As I got older I worked as bartender for a few years, I loved just hanging out there, the veterans were very nice and always had a good story or two to share. Lots of memories from that place. Not too much happens there anymore, Friday night darts and Chase the Queen on Saturday. No bingos or anything for the children. There were always something happening at the Legion, but not anymore. So sad, I miss the old days 😊

Not much going on here, small town atmosphere. Exclusively only for veterans & their families……
