Absolutely disgusting behavior from the Lethbridge Legion.

On Remembrance Day — the one day we’re supposed to come together to honour and respect our veterans — this Legion decided to kick out actual veterans because of how they looked or what they were wearing. Are you kidding me? The people who fought for our freedoms, treated like trash in a place that’s supposed to stand for them.

This is beyond disrespectful — it’s shameful, it’s hypocritical, and it’s sickening. To stereotype and judge veterans, to humiliate them on the very day meant to celebrate their sacrifice, is absolutely unforgivable.

The Lethbridge Legion should hang their heads in shame. You don’t get to claim to “support the troops” and then turn around and treat them like criminals because they don’t fit your idea of what a veteran should look like.

Every single person responsible for this disgusting display should be ashamed to show their face. The veterans deserved respect — and you gave them humiliation. On Remembrance Day.

Judy was a sweetheart serving us.
All the staff were so friendly…ESPECIALLY DEBBIE.
She made sure we were enjoying our evening.

Place was clean and the food was really good! We had the spaghetti with yummy garlic toast and some awesome liver and onions with garlic toast, with wine and beer.
Couldn’t beat the prices with such a good meal!
We will DEFINITELY be back!

Super clean and friendly place with lovely servers like PAT who served us.
We had fish and chips which were delicious!
They are SO friendly and really busy yet, still time for each of the servers to stop by with smiles.
Back on Wednesday for spaghetti or lasagna. We love the atmosphere, cleanliness and warm happy waiters.
Great place to come for an awesome meal.

Came as an Afghan veteran with other younger veterans to play pool. Told by old boys club of civilians in the corner that the table was “reserved” for a private game. Had a few overpriced drinks from a rude barmaid and waited 2 hours as the table sat empty. Went to ask barmaid if table was free to use, she replied yes and it’s not reserved. Attempted to play pool, old man came up to us and reminded us it’s reserved. Told him barmaid said it isn’t and the old timers laughed and reminded us that it’s not up to her to decide.
Also had a member of the “women’s auxiliary” come to an army mess and become very rude to members of the mess which is DND property and legion rules to do apply there. She is a common user at this legion. This is a clique, a broken institution and I look forward to its door closing for good. Shame on the legion of lethbridge for you toxic culture and environment on the younger veteran generation. If I could give 0 stars. I would.

Great service and staff. Food is awesome, so far have not had anything I didn’t like.
