We had my daughter’s Sweet16 Birthday party here over last weekend. We were happy with the overall experience.
The hall interrior is very nice and beautiful. We outsourced the stage decoration and background part from third party.
Staff and team who worked with us was very good.
The office manager Yashvi is very good and understood our needs excellently and planned the day well.
Their package is very reasonably priced. We asked to customize few food items by deviating from their standard packages to take care of younger kid food requirements and Yashvi agreed to customized as needed.
Arrangement of food and lighting was perfect.
Both Appetizers and Dinner items were good. They provide all soft drinks and hot beverages as part of package. We arranged our own hard drinks. They provide licensed Bar tender at extra cost.
Good thing was Appetizers were always available till dinner was served and all food was available in enough quantity. In fact, IF we have had 10-20 extra people then also food would have been sufficient in my opinion. Quality of food was also very good (one exception mentioned below under improvement suggested).
Bar Tender Abhishek was very good and managed all the guests and their needs well.
DJ Param was also v.good and we all – kids and adults- had real fun dancing on all kind of songs for more than 4 hours non-stop.
They have enough parking spots.
They have a nice Dance floor as well in front of the Main stage.
Overall a very excellent management of entire event and Kudos to Yashvi and the whole team who worked on our day.
Special Thanks to Yashvi, Abhishek and Param (Dont know name of another guy with Param). Yashvi was patient, dedicated to her work and available in case we needed to reach out for something. She was always present during the full day starting at about 1.00 pm till 1.00 Am when event ended, long hours.
Some point to improve and take care for future :
1. The hall became too hot at one point of time (all of us were dancing) so we had to ask to stop the heating. (possibly because outside temperture was high in 8-9 Deg C that day which was abnormally higher in the week)
2. While all food in general was of good quality and fresh, Paneer Tikka in Appetizers were not soft enough, bit chewy. This could have been better.
3. The outdoor cleanliness around the Hall area was an issue we noticed during our visit one day before. The general maintenance of plaza was not in good shape. Due to fall season lots of leaves were flying and whole front was full of dry leaves. On the day of event few hours before we asked Yashvi to get this cleaned and by the time event started or when we arrived, it was cleaned up.
Overall, Royal Palm Banquet Hall made our Birthday Celebration very memorable and all of us had a very good time.
Surely will hold some other events in future with them and also recommend others to try this out.
Booked an event here recently and had a great experience. The food and drinks were really good and the overall atmosphere was amazing. The music (DJ HARMZ) playing that night and he did a great job keeping the energy up the whole time. The music was really good and had everyone enjoying themselves on the dance floor.
Overall it was a really good night and everything was well organized. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place for events, especially if DJ Harmz is playing.

We hosted our baby shower at Royal Palm Banquet, and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff ensured everything went perfectly. The venue has plenty of space—we played several games comfortably, and everything flowed seamlessly. A big thanks to Yuvraj, who was incredibly helpful and made the planning process effortless. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!
My experience here was extremely disappointing. As another review mentioned, this place is truly filled with empty promises. They assured me I would have two staff members assisting at all times; that never happened. We arrived at the venue and ended up having to sweep it ourselves. Only one person was working, and the stage was so dirty that I had to call my sister to bring a broom from home. Even the staff ended up borrowing our broom to clean.
They were sweet at first, but everything changed on the actual day of the event. The heater wasn’t working, leaving my guests freezing. When we asked about it, the staff insisted it was on, but the person who was supposed to fix it wasn’t even there. Instead of being honest, they kept lying.
It was incredibly disappointing because the venue itself is beautiful, but a business that prioritizes money over people is a terrible one. Excellence matters. Customer service and customer care matter, and they don’t seem to care at all. They just want your money and for you to leave. The manager’s professionalism on the day of my event was honestly a 0. I was shocked.
No one deserves to be embarrassed or left stressed on such an important day. You pay so much, and you can’t even get a clean venue or basic courtesy. Save yourself the headache. I told them I would leave a review and the staff literally said they don’t care. And that says everything.
