I had my wedding here in August of 2025 and everything was perfect! Tanya was wonderful and quick to communicate with both in person and over email. We were able to come a look at the space before booking which was perfect. On the day our booking started she ran us through everything which really helped ease my mind about the space, the expectations, and how everything in the space worked.

Overall the space was perfect for our small intimate wedding and we even took our pictures in and around the space which we love! Overall I highly recommend the space for anyone who is wants an intimate wedding!

We hosted a wonderful event here, the venue itself is gorgeous with a very industrial chic vibe. The staff were friendly and worked very hard pouring drinks for everyone. Parking can be a bit of a trick as there is only pay parking with a time limit, once you’ve used the max time, you have to park somewhere else. This wasn’t a huge issue for the guests coming and going, but those of us who were there for 8+ hours nonstop had to move our vehicles a couple times.

We recently rented the suite for a celebration with 60 guests, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully set up, complete with tables, linens, a bar, and a kitchenette featuring a large beverage cooler. The industrial urban aesthetic provided the ideal vibe for our gathering, eliminating the need for excessive decorations.
Tanya was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process, making our experience even more enjoyable. The downtown location was convenient, with plenty of parking available, so logistics were a breeze.
Without a doubt, we will be booking this venue again for future events! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic space!

I recently held my engagement party here and had a fantastic experience! The space is modern, clean, and very spacious—perfect for hosting a memorable event. The pricing is much better than other venues I looked into, and the owner is incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly, and our guests had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a party or special event!

I would give Studio 301 a solid 4.7 stars. Tanya was so easy to play an event with. She was readily available, answered all my questions and was willing to work with me to create a fun and successful event. My event had a lot of children (under 14) and the layout of the space made it really easy to keep eyes on everyone. The only (minor) hiccup that we had was not realizing that freezer/fridge space was extremely limited. Had to bring in our coolers last minute to accommodate the snacks but this was my fault more than anything, and just something to be aware of for next time. Highly recommend Studio 301 for your next event, big or small!
