I recently attended an event at Taj Park Convention Centre, and I was genuinely impressed. The venue is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels incredibly welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff were professional, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The lighting, seating layout, and décor were all on point, perfect for both formal and family events. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a polished and reliable venue.

The best Banquet Hall in the lower mainland! Their catering is top tier I love their Basan sooo much. The hall is renovated and beautifully decorated! Mr.Thiara and his team are incredibly amazing, thank you!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Taj Park Hall. I gave them a $700 deposit to book the hall, but later I decided not to go through with the event. When I told them I no longer wanted the hall, they refused to return my deposit, even though I contacted them early. They did not explain their policies clearly before taking my money, and their communication was unclear and unprofessional throughout the process.

The staff were also rude and unhelpful when I tried to get more information or a fair solution. It felt like they only cared about taking money, not about treating customers with honesty or respect.

I would not recommend Taj Park Hall to anyone. Make sure you get everything in writing before paying them — they are not transparent about their policies, and once they have your deposit, it’s almost impossible to get it back.

They were organizing Mithai Mela for the first time. It was okay stuff. Lots of Improvement required. As those were consumable products so it should be covered and secondly their employees should be covering at least 3-4 tables which was drastically missing in this one. People do learn from mistakes, it’s a general review as I visited on the last day, cannot comment on Initial days when it started. Looking forward to meet them again next year.

We used this venue for our TEAM Surrey Schools campaign launch. The booking process was seamless and the customer service, excellent! Guests were complimenting the food all night. I will definitely be hosting more events at Taj Park in the future. Thank you so much for such excellent service!
