Awesome venue, friendly staff and barkeep. Old brick building by the train tracks in the old industrial part of the city. Awesome metal music core vibes. A bit of accessibility difficulty but they built a ramp to help with mobility issues. Parking can be a bit tricky especially if place is packed. Interior is divided into stage side and club side with stage being the bigger venue and setup can be mic’ed-in whereas club side is smaller, more intimate, and live. Tickets and drinks are always affordable compared to other venues and never had problems with security. Only frustration is they close earlier than other places so expect to be out before midnight.

I’ve been here several times, and I always have the best time! It’s a great place to watch talented bands, and it may not be the biggest venue, but it sure does make us viewers closer to the band members. Always a blast going in there. The bartenders are also pretty chill & friendly.

This is a great place that provides quality entertainment to Regina and Southern Saskatchewan. Without the Exchange we would be a very sad place.

We were there to watch 3 bands and it was such a cool building. The bar was on the other side, which we didn’t need but very cool interior.
